Harrah's to Host Diversity Vendor Event

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Furthering its commitment to advancing diversity, Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:HET) today announced plans to host a vendor event for diverse businesses in Southern Nevada.

"Harrah's Entertainment's Procurement Quest -- A New Dimension in Diversity" will be held Monday, October 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino convention center. The event will provide information for minority-owned, women-owned and disadvantaged businesses to provide best-in-class services and products to all of Harrah's operations in the Las Vegas Valley.
