There were increased levels of the Legionella bacteria in some rooms between June 21- July 4, 2011, the report explained. MGM Resorts issued a statement saying they intend to vigorously defend themselves and countering that they have been careful to inform guests and have reimbursed "legitimate" medical expenses, Vegas Inc reported.
