Greentube acquires Czech operator Kingsbet CZ

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Greentube, the NOVOMATIC Digital Gaming and Entertainment division, has entered the B2C online gaming market of the Czech Republic through the 100% acquisition of established local online sportsbook and casino operator Kingsbet CZ, marking a further step in its strategic expansion across regulated European markets.

The Czech Republic is an attractive, fast-growing, regulated market. According to official data from the Czech Ministry of Finance, in 2025, the Czech market had a total market value (GGR in CZK) of 68 billion (EUR 2.7 billion) with online gambling accounting for 59.2% of total GGR.

Kingsbet provides Greentube with local operational expertise and valuable market knowledge, supporting the company’s long-term ambitions in the country.

The agreement is subject to certain conditions, such as regulatory approvals.
