The European Tour have outlined a policy that forbids players and caddies from "can either directly or indirectly bet or be involved in a bet in a competition they are playing or have any influence", NBC news quoted the Associated Press as reporting. Players and caddies are also forbidden from sharing any "inside information", NBC Sports explained.
