Golden Touch dice control class in Vegas in June by Melissa A. Kaplan

19 Jun 2011

By John Robison

Most casino players know that the game of blackjack can be beaten by the use of card counting. There's nothing illegal about that, even though the casinos are not happy that some players have figured out a way to beat one of their games.

Now a second game has been added to the arsenal of advantage-play for those who wish to get an edge over the house at the game of craps. That's correct, while craps has always been considered an unbeatable game, in the last ten years Golden Touch Craps, founded by best-selling gambling author Frank Scoblete, has shown that the game can be beaten by use of "controlled shooting."

Scoblete explains: "A controlled shooter can change the game to favor him by the way he sets, grips and releases the dice. A controlled throw takes practice but it can be learned by just about anyone who has the desire and discipline to work at it. Craps can be beaten and Golden Touch has taught many players the technique of doing so."

Scoblete's class in dice control will take place on Saturday and Sunday, June 25 and 26 in Las Vegas.

"We have the 20 best instructors in the world," states Scoblete. "They are excellent dice controllers as well as excellent teachers. You will actually get to watch them throw and explain every aspect of the throw step-by-step."

The world's greatest dice controller, Dominator, will teach as will the man with the golden arm, Jerry "Stickman."

So are students crammed into a class with dozens of other students and only one or two instructors? What is the student-teacher ratio? Scoblete states: "We have one teacher for every two students. The hands-on and individual attention is first rate. You will spend two days of intense instruction and interaction with the best of the best at beating the casinos. It doesn't get better than that."
