Global Interactive Gaming Expands SportingBet Agreement

WEST PATERSON, New Jersey – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Interactive Systems Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq: ISWI) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Interactive Gaming Limited (GIG) has expanded its agreement with SportingBet, the world's largest online betting group. ISWI's SportXction(TM) play-by-play sports betting service was incorporated into their Bulgarian wagering website bg.sportingbet.com on March 10th 2005. On this new website, GIG will offer wagering on well over 1,000 events in the coming year on the same range of sports that are currently offered on SportingBet's other UK and international web sites, which include: soccer, tennis, golf, cricket, rugby and snooker.

Bernard Albanese, President of ISWI, stated, "We are pleased to extend this relationship with SportingBet, the world's largest online betting group. Our previous launches in Spain, Greece and Turkey were extremely successful; and we fully expect this new service to become the premiere live betting product for Bulgarians.
