Global Gaming and Zimpler enter agreement

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Global Gaming's subsidiary SafeEnt Ltd has today entered into an agreement with the payment broker Zimpler, a founder of the Swedish payment solution market.

Global Gaming plans to go live with Zimpler during the first quarter of 2019 on existing brands in Sweden. Zimpler has recently launched Zimpler GO, an innovative payment solution where the customer is identified (Know Your Customer) in connection with the deposit in a similar way to Global Gaming on their Ninja Casino and Gaming country brands today. With the agreement, Global Gaming expects reduced costs for transactions in 2019 and thus an increased gross margin.

"For our Casinos we have previously been dependent on a single payment provider and we will soon add Zimpler which with its new solution takes the customer experience another step. The fact that our business does not become dependent on a payment provider also means that our margins should develop positively, ”says CEO Joacim Möller.
