GameVillage acquired by Angel Crest Holding

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The European bingo market continues to grow and evolve with this latest acquisition by Angel Crest Holding, the company co-founded by two veterans from the U.K. Gaming sector, Mr. Avaneesh Shivananda and Mr. Ravi Raghav, both specializing in online bingo since 2007.

“We feel that Game Village offers a very original player experience and the ultimate community solution. The software is original and gives us a competitive advantage in a growing sector,” states Shivananda.

GameVillage.com was founded by Lawrence Gouett and Juan Murillo back in 2007. The owners have decided to focus their efforts in the social and mobile gaming sector in North America at present and have sold the complete software rights, license and U.K. brands in the European marketplace to Angel Crest Holding Ltd.

“We believe the people behind Angel Crest are well positioned to capitalize on the growing interest in U.K. and European e-gaming market. We are going back to our original vision and roots and working on social/virtual goods development,” confirms co-founder Gouett.

GameVillage continues to operate with the entire chat and community staff team based in the U.K. and has big plans for 2014 with new product development and a growing network roll-out strategy.
