Gambling addict sues B.C. Lottery Corp.

VICTORIA, BC -- A self proclaimed gambling addict has filed a lawsuit against the BC Lottery Corporation for not preventing her from gambling, according to the CBC.Joyce May Ross, 54, claims the self exclusion program did not stop her gaining entry to casinos and she lost her life savings because of her addiction, the CBC reported.
The lawsuit says that security staff who were aware of Ross made no attempt to stop her entering casinos, CBC said.
