Gamblers' $3.5B suit against OLG rejected
22 Mar 2010
Problem gamblers charge that they incurred losses after they signed exclusion orders and the OLG failed to prevent them entering casino and gambling premises, the CBC said.
The judge in the case said gamblers would have to file individual lawsuits because their personal circumstances were unique, according to CBC.
OLG pointed out that self exclusion is not a "policing program", the CBC report noted.
