24 Apr 2008

PRESS RELEASE) -- Thierry Barou, from France, will represent Titan Poker, the largest poker room on the iPoker Network, at the Eurocity Poker Tour (ECPT) Madrid Open this spring. Thierry was awarded a $3,000 seat to the ECPT Madrid Open after winning one of Titan Poker's online Super Satellites.

This is the fourth huge tournament that this skilled poker player has won at Titan Poker's tables. Thierry also won a seat at the European Poker Tour (EPT) Prague at the end of last year, $80,000 for finishing first place at Titan Poker's $500,000 Refer a Friend Freeroll in October 2006, and $75,000 for finishing third place in the Tournament Titan in December 2007 - a huge million dollar freeroll open to just twenty players.

Referring to his amazing successes at Titan Poker, Thierry said: "I invite all players to try, everything is possible and as you can see, you can have a very good day where nothing bad can happen to you!!"

Sponsored by Titan Poker, the ECPT Madrid Open is an elite tournament open to just two hundred of the best poker players across the globe. Thierry will join more than 30 other Titan Poker players at this exclusive event in Madrid. Titan Poker is staging four Super Satellites each week offering all inclusive prize packages to Madrid.

Titan Poker regularly awards its players with seats at the world's most well-known poker tournaments, such as the Aussie Millions and various European Poker Tour events. Titan Poker will be sending players to the World Series of Poker 2008 in Las Vegas and the World Poker Showdown in the Dominican Republic later this year. In May, Titan Poker will host the European Championship of Online Poker II (ECOOP) where skilled poker players will compete for a share of $3,600,000.
