FLORIDA – As reported by WTSP News: "Approaching its 20th birthday, the Florida Lottery is showing its age.
"For the games to continue pumping more than $1 billion a year into public education, a new report by legislative auditors recommends that Gov. Charlie Crist and state lawmakers consider new ways to keep players interested. Super-sized jackpots, video ticket terminals, joining multi-state lotteries or adding keno are among options cited by the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability.
