Fertitta Interactive submits Nevada online poker application

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Fertitta Interactive LLC announced today that it has submitted an application to the Nevada Gaming Control Board to be licensed as an operator and service provider of Internet Poker. Fertitta Interactive has been at the forefront of pursuing regulation for online poker since the company's inception in 2010.
