England: Health Lottery prevail in court case

LONDON, England -- The National Lottery has lost its lawsuit against the Health Lottery, The Independent reported.Camelot UK Lotteries filed the suit which claimed the Health Lottery was not a single lottery and had become a national lottery, the report explained.
The High Court found otherwise citing Camelot's delays in filing a judicial review and failure to establish a claim with the prospect of success, The Independent reported.
