Dutch regulator warns ZEbet and Starcasino over payout limits

If a player asks for it, his player’s credit must be refunded directly by the provider. A provider must not impose structural conditions that prevent a direct disbursement. Player balances must therefore be refunded without undue delay.
Yet the Ksa received a signal from a player who, without having used a bonus, could not withdraw his deposited money immediately. There was a question of an explanation. In the conversation that followed, ZEbet indicated that it was a technical error, and that players who approached the customer service got their money without having to play it around. ZEbet has taken remedial measures the same day to prevent future cases. That is why the Ksa finds a warning for now enough.
As a result of the signal at ZEbet, the Ksa has also investigated the general terms and conditions of other providers. In doing so, the Ksa found that the general terms and conditions of Starcasino contain inconsistencies around wagering requirements and the payment of funds. The Ksa has addressed Starcasino on this. Starcasino has indicated that player credits were always paid out without undue delay. The general conditions have now been adjusted.
