Dover Downs Thanksgiving Weekend Getaway guarantees $65,000

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Three no-limit Texas Hold'em tournaments, including one with a $45,000 guaranteed prize pool, will be featured during the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino Poker Room's next Getaway Weekend on Thanksgiving Weekend from 24-26 November.

The Getaway Weekend tournament schedule includes:

• Friday, 24 November, 11:15 a.m.: $20,000 guaranteed, $165 buy-in, 25-minute blinds.
• Saturday, 25 November, 11:15 a.m.: $45,000 guaranteed, $300 buy-in, 30-minute blinds.
• Sunday, 26 November, 11:15 a.m.: $3,000 guaranteed, $35 buy-in, 15-minute blinds.

In addition, there will be two satellite events for the Saturday, 25 November $45,000-guaranteed tournament and one for the Friday, 24 November $20,000-guaranteed tournament, where one player out of every 10 entries will earn a seat into the events.

The satellite schedule is:

• Monday, 20 November, 7:15 p.m.: $40 buy-in, satellite for $45,000 event.
• Wednesday, 22 November, 7:15 p.m.: $40 buy-in, satellite for $45,000 event.
• Thursday, 23 November (Thanksgiving night), 7:15 p.m.: $25 buy-in, satellite for $20,000 event.

Also, all players who are dealt in the first hand of the 20, 22 and 23 November satellites and 24-26 November tournaments will receive a bonus of 500 in tournament chips. Players that register for the satellites and tournaments more than one hour prior to the scheduled start receive a bonus 1,000 in tournament chips with their starting stack.
