Dover Downs Gaming reports new execs

DOVER, Delaware – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: DDE) has announced that Denis McGlynn will assume the role of Chairman of the Board and Edward Sutor will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of its operating subsidiary, Dover Downs, Inc. The changes were made effective as of today's meeting of the Board of Directors. Mr. McGlynn will continue his role as President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Sutor will continue in his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of parent company, Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc.

In making the announcement, Mr. McGlynn stated that both he and the Board of Directors felt it was appropriate to make this change to better reflect the expanded role Mr. Sutor has assumed in the Company. "Ed Sutor has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience," said McGlynn. "He's a good communicator and has the respect of everyone in our business. We still have a lot to accomplish at Dover Downs and Ed's leadership will be an invaluable resource."
