Dover Downs declares regular quarterly cash dividend

DOVER, Delaware -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: DDE - News) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on both classes of common stock of $.05 per share, an increase of 11.1%, or $.005 per share. The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2007.
