Dover Downs announces three Texas Hold'em tournaments

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Three Texas Hold'em tournaments with combined guaranteed prizes of $43,000, including one with a $25,000-guaranteed prize pool, are featured during the 14-16 July Getaway Weekend at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino's Poker Room.

The Getaway Weekend tournament schedule includes:

• Friday, 14 July, 11:15 a.m.: $15,000 guaranteed, $150 buy-in, 25-minute blinds, 30,000 starting stack.
• Saturday, 15 July, 11:15 a.m.: $25,000 guaranteed, $200 buy-in, 30-minute blinds, 30,000 starting stack.
• Sunday, 16 July, 11:15 a.m.: $3,000 guaranteed, $45 buy-in, 15-minute blinds, 30,000 starting stack.

There are two satellite events for the Saturday, 15 July, $25,000-guaranteed tournament. One player out of every 10 entries will earn a seat into the tournament. The satellite schedule is:

• Monday, 10 July, 7:15 p.m.: $30 buy-in.
• Wednesday, 12 July, 7:15 p.m.: $30 buy-in.

Also, all players who are dealt in the first hand of the July satellites and tournaments will receive a bonus of 500 in tournament chips. Players that register for the July tournaments more than one hour prior to the scheduled start receive a bonus 1,000 in tournament chips with their starting stack.

There are a limited number of $49-per-night hotel rooms for players who participate in the 14-15 July 11:15 a.m. tournaments.
