LONDON, England -- Betfred wants to keep cash machines in its shops, but the bookmaking industry opposes them, the Daily Mail reported.

Other bookmakers such as Ladbrokes, William Hill and Paddy Power don't allow cash machines in their shops, but Gala Coral have a few in theirs, the report explained.

The Association of British Bookmakers is currently establishing a code of conduct with a clause that bans ATM machines in betting shops, The Daily Mail reported.
