Devilfish Poker sponsors the Irish student poker event

Up to 400 players are expected to attend the €65 (+ €7 registration fee) buy-in event and all players must register beforehand at pokerireland.ie by April 1 and payment must be received by April 5. Tournament organisers cannot accept registration or payment on the day.
The tournament is open to students from across Europe and the prize pool is an estimated €26,000.
Paul Barnes, CEO of the company, said, "This is the first of a long line of events and promotions Devilfish Poker will be involved in over the coming months. The Devilfish himself approves, himself having been a student of many things in his time -- but we suspect he might have bunked off to play poker on a few occasions too!"
