Delaware Gov. signs online gambling bill

DELAWARE -- Delaware Gov. Jack Markell signed the Delaware Gaming Competitiveness Act yesterday, the Los Angeles Times reported.

This makes Delaware the first state to approve online gambling, the report said.

The online casino games will be overseen by the lottery and only available to Delaware residents, the Los Angeles Times said.
