CT Lottery players net big wins over lucky long weekend

The winner matched all five white balls to win a $1,000,000 prize, which was then tripled to $3,000,000 due to their purchase of the optional Megaplier, which was 3x for this drawing.

The winning ticket was sold at the Cumberland Farms store located at 1978 West Street in Southington, Connecticut. Cumberland Farms will receive a $100,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. Overall odds of Mega Millions are 1 in 24.

On Saturday, 9 November, the Play4 evening drawing resulted in 1,116 winners and a total payout of $901,940. 285 players alone had the straight match, with each winning $2,500. Play4 odds vary by wager style.
