Costa Bingo player scoops up £25,000

Christmas came early for Wakefield mum Margaret C who hit the jackpot playing the X Factor Instant Slots game at Costa Bingo.

The 45-year-old West Yorkshire winner won a massive Pounds Sterling 25,000, and plans to have a stress free Christmas and share some of the money with her newly engaged daughter.

"I was really happy when I won the money. I am going to give some to my only daughter who has just got engaged," she said.

"This year, I am looking forward to having a really enjoyable Christmas with no worries. I have played bingo ever since I was small and I really love the game. I especially love playing at Costa Bingo," she said.

It's no wonder that Margaret - who's online alias is belfastgirl - enjoys playing at Costa Bingo: she's only been a member of the free online bingo site since November.

The Pounds Sterling 25k jackpot was the biggest win Costa Bingo has ever paid out on the slots, according to operations director Debbie Gent.
