Cordish Gaming promotes Nikolina Felton to SVP of Marketing

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Cordish Gaming Group, the gaming division of The Cordish Companies, today announced the appointment of Nikolina Felton to Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Ms. Felton previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the company’s flagship casino property, Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland. In that capacity, she also supported the corporate development team through the successful openings of Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, Live! Casino Pittsburgh, and most recently, Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana.

In her new role, she will lead database and direct marketing efforts across all Cordish Gaming properties, spearheading strategic initiatives that will drive customer engagement and revenue growth throughout the Live! portfolio.

Ms. Felton joined Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland as part of the opening team in 2012, where she served as Director of Loyalty Marketing & Sales. She was quickly elevated to Vice President of Loyalty Marketing before assuming her role as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Under her leadership, Live! Maryland has consistently outperformed industry predictions and grown revenues. Her innovative approach to customer satisfaction and retention has been a key driver in Live! Maryland’s market-leading performance in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining Cordish Gaming Group, Ms. Felton served as Director of Marketing for two Pinnacle Entertainment properties in St. Louis, Lumiere Place and River City Casino. During her tenure, she implemented aggressive marketing strategies that attracted new guests.

Ms. Felton resides in Anne Arundel County, MD, with her husband and two children. She is actively involved in her community, dedicating time and talent to the local school system and youth athletics. She also supports charitable organizations that provide transitional housing for homeless families.
