Construction halted on Hard Rock Sioux City

DES MOINES, Iowa -- Construction on the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City has been stopped by a judge, the Sioux City Journal reported.

Argosy Sioux City riverboat are involved in litigation with the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission and sought to have the license suspended until the litigation outcome is known, the report said.
