Constantino named new vice president of professional services at NEWave

LAS VEGAS (PRESS RELEASE) -- NEWave, the leading software supplier to the gaming industry, has named gaming industry IT expert Mick Constantino as the company's new vice president of professional services.

In his role, Constantino will spearhead NEWave's professional services division, overseeing NEWave's national training and implementation teams as well as directing the company's project coordination.

NEWave is known throughout the industry for its staff's 850 years of combined in-casino experience, and Constantino adds to that wealth of experience. Constantino comes to NEWave most recently from Caesars Entertainment Corp., where he served as director of program management for Gaming and Marketing Systems. Prior to Caesars Entertainment, Constantino served as solutions director of casinos systems for MGM Resorts International. He has also worked with Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City and the Trump Organization.

Constantino’s experience also extends to the supplier side of the industry. He was director of professional and technical services for Bally Technologies, Inc., where he was directly responsible for implementing enterprise applications for all process of casino and slot operations.

Constantino has dedicated his entire professional career to IT, holds the ITIL Foundation Certification and is a member of the Project Management Institute. He earned a BS degree from the University of Scranton and an MS degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
