Circa's NFL contests to begin next month

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The countdown is on. With just one month remaining, potential contestants have until 12 September to enter Circa Sports’ record-breaking professional football contests, as Circa Survivor, Circa Million VIII and Circa Grandissimo return for the 2026-2027 season with a combined $30 million guaranteed prize pool and no rake.

Circa Survivor – which has a $1,000 entry fee and a $20 million guarantee – has already surpassed 8,000 entries and continues to track well ahead of last season’s record-setting pace. The contest reached 5,000 entries earlier than ever before and is building momentum toward another historic field.

Circa Million VIII and the high-stakes Circa Grandissimo are also progressing solidly, continuing the strong growth trend for these popular no-rake football handicapping contests. Circa Million VIII will offer a guaranteed $6 million prize pool, including a $1 million first-place prize and the coveted Circa Sports Blue Jacket. The ultra-premium Circa Grandissimo returns for its second year with a $100,000 entry fee and a guaranteed $4 million prize for the last entry standing.

Adding to the excitement surrounding the final registration push, Circa Sports will host its annual Ultimate Contest Weekend 27-29 August at Circa Resort & Casino in downtown Las Vegas. The three-day celebration will bring entrants together for exclusive parties, live Radio Row broadcasts, festivities at Circa’s year-round pool amphitheater, Stadium Swim, a blackjack tournament, mixers and more. The weekend will culminate with Mike Palm’s Football Season Preview Panel on Saturday, 29 August, featuring a discussion of the contests and upcoming football season followed by a Q&A. Proxy services also will be available to assist with out-of-state registrations.

Last year, five winners of Circa Survivor, who all went 20-0 during the 2025-2026 season, took home the largest prize pot in history of $18,718,000, with each winning entry receiving $3,743,600. $6.9 million was split between Circa Grandissimo winners and $1 million was prized to the Circa Million VII winner.

Contestants and football fans can get an inside look at the drama behind Circa Sports’ contests through the third season of its original docuseries, “Circa Survivor: The Quest for $18.7M.” Produced by Foxdog Productions, the seven-episode series chronicles the unforgettable 2025-2026 contest season, following the strategies, personalities, shocking eliminations and high-stakes decisions that led to these massive wins. New episodes are released Wednesdays on VSiN’s YouTube channel, with additional distribution across MSG Network, NESN, SportsNet Pittsburgh, Game+ in Canada, Right Now TV, Ryz Sports Network and Unbeaten Sports.
