KENTUCKY – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Andrew G. Skehan, has left his posts of executive vice president and chief operating officer of Churchill Downs Inc. as part of the company's recent restructuring, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

"Churchill Downs announced last week that it had restructured its Louisville headquarters and cut 22 full-time jobs -- about 30 percent of its full-time corporate work force…"
