Churchill Patrons Can Donate Easily to Hurricane Relief
KENTUCKY – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Churchill Downs Inc. is offering an easy way for racing fans to contribute to the relief efforts in states affected by Hurricane Katrina.
Through its customer rewards program, the Twin Spires Club, Churchill will allow patrons to donate the monetary value of TSC points they have earned to the National Thoroughbred Racing Association's "Racing to the Rescue" fund. The NTRA will donate all contributions to existing charities that are aiding in recovery efforts.
Twin Spires Club members wishing to make a contribution to the drive can visit www.twinspiresclub.com or stop by the Twin Spires Club center at any Churchill facility.
The minimum number of points that may be donated is 1,000. There is no maximum.
Members earn points by wagering on races at any Churchill-owned facility or off-track betting location. Membership in the Twin Spires Club is free.
