Churchill Downs to hold annual meeting

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky --( PRESS RELEASE) -- Churchill Downs Incorporated (NASDAQ: CHDN) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, June 28, at 10 a.m. EDT, in the Triple Crown Room of the Jockey Club Suites facility at Churchill Downs racetrack in Louisville, Kentucky.

Shareholders and media representatives planning to attend the meeting should enter Gate 1 of the facility located at 700 Central Avenue and utilize the Jockey Club Suites elevators located behind the Paddock Pavilion to access the meeting area. The Triple Crown Room is located on the fifth floor of the Jockey Club Suites.

Shareholders who attend the annual meeting are invited to remain afterwards to enjoy a day at the races. Churchill Downs will provide shareholders with complimentary tickets for reserved seats in the fourth floor Millionaire's Row dining room, including access to the buffet and free programs for the June 28 racing card.
