KENTUCKY -- As reported by Business FirstL "At its Fall Meet, Churchill Downs plans to introduce an new type of wager called "Over/Under."

"The wager challenges players to determine whether the combined saddlecloth numbers of the top three horses in a race will be over, under or equal to a pre-set number, which will be different for each race and calculated in advance.

"...The new wager will not be offered in races where there are fewer than six starters, coupled entries or 'also eligible' entries. The wager will be refunded in the event of scratches from the field..."
