Churchill Downs build online system in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky -- Churchill Downs is building its online gaming system at home in Louisville, adding 30 employees to execute the task, the Courier-Journal reported.

The information has emerged in a lawsuit the company is fighting against a business partner in its failed attempt to enter the New Jersey online market, the report said.

The system cost Churchill Downs $10 million, the Courier-Journal report said.
