Churchill Downs bid not selected by New York site selection committee

NEW YORK -- The New York site selection board announced they'd selected Capital Region Gaming LLC over Churchill Downs proposal for the Schenectady area, according to the Courier Journal.The selection committee chose three sites for which proposals will be presented to the gaming commission for consideration, the report said.
