Chad Lawson featured on national cable, satellite poker telecast

Lawson emerged as the runner-up in the Heartland Poker Tour at Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino on October 22 against 2004 World Series of Poker Champion Greg “Fossilman” Raymer of Raleigh, North Carolina.
With no previous career winnings, Lawson invested $300 into the HPT event and collected $41,771 as the runner-up. Ed Sinnett, of Clive, turned $270 into a fifth-place finish worth $16,978. Greg Raymer is the first person to win four HPT championships in one season. Aside from Raymer and third-place finisher Craig Casino, of Indiana, the other four players at Prairie Meadows’ televised Final Table of six reported no previous winnings.
Viewers should look for Episodes 207 and 208 of their local cable and satellite listings for the Prairie Meadows broadcast.
