BRISBANE, Australia – As reported by Asia in Focus: "The owner of Cairns Reef Hotel Casino, Casinos Austria International Ltd (CAIL) (ASX:CAI), would welcome a takeover bid by the major shareholder, the annual general meeting was told today.

"Casinos Austria International Ltd GMBH, which already owns 69.7 per cent of CAIL, made the off-market bid on April 22, offering A$1.00 cash for ordinary shares in CAIL it did not already own…"
