The casino hired Trustwave to deal with a data breach and allege a second hack occurred, the report said. The casino contend that Trustwave failed to protect its data, while Trustwave deny the allegations and will fight them vigorously in court, The HIll quoted the Financial Times as reporting. The case is thought to be the first of its kind where a company sues over how a breach is handled by a cybersecurity firm, the report noted.
