CANADA -- Since there was no winner of the $50 million Lotto Max draw for the third time, Canadians lotto mania continues, according to The Montreal Gazette.As the mania continues, so does the spending on lottery tickets, which one lottery spokesperson described "unprecedented territory", The Montreal Gazette reported.
The odds are equally as steep: one in 28 million chance of scooping the main prize, the report noted.
