Caesars opens Arizona Downs Racetrack sportsbook

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Caesars Sportsbook continued its expansion in the state of Arizona this weekend with the opening of a retail sportsbook at Arizona Downs Racetrack, in Prescott Valley, just north of Phoenix. Now in addition to the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app, sports fans can wager on sports at Arizona Downs through multiple self-service betting kiosks on-site and even cash their tickets at a newly-installed ticket counter.

The opening of this new sports betting space took place on Saturday, 25 June as Arizona Downs began its live racing season with its Thoroughbred Inaugural Stakes. The first 600 fans in attendance received special Caesars giveaways in celebration of the launch. Arizona Downs hosts live horse racing on Monday and Saturday nights in June and July; Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday in August and September.
