Boyd Gaming completes acquisition of Pala Interactive

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Boyd Gaming Corporation today announced that it has closed on its previously announced acquisition of Pala Interactive LLC and its subsidiaries for total net cash consideration of $170 million.
