Boxing champ "Sugar" Shane Mosley to place honorary first bet at new sportsbook at The Cromwell

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Cromwell, the only true standalone boutique hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, which was recently named a Top 10 “Best US Casino” by the USA TODAY 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards, will officially open its all-new sportsbook on 22 August with boxing champion “Sugar” Shane Mosley.

Mosley will assist with cutting the ribbon and placing an honorary first bet at the all-new sportsbook. Open just in time for fight week, The Cromwell’s sportsbook features best-in-the-city technology and picture-quality, as well as a 32-foot-long by 9-foot-tall LED video wall and a 9-foot-by-5-foot LED odds wall with ticker capabilities to see scores and updates from a number of vantage points throughout the casino.

With flexible seating for approximately 50 guests, the new Sportsbook is easily accessible and adds to the enhanced level of energy and excitement to The Cromwell.
