Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa to host Spring Poker Open

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa and BetMGM Poker, the exclusive online registration and qualification partner, announce the return of the Borgata Spring Poker Open, taking place from 29 April to 14 May 2024. The series consists of three anchor events with over $4,000,000 in guarantees. Beginning 1 April 2024, players can reserve their Spring Poker Open seats online through BetMGM Poker.

Through April and May, BetMGM Poker will offer weekly Borgata Spring Poker Open Packages, which include entries to various SPO events, a Borgata hotel stay, and credit. BetMGM Poker will also offer nightly seat-only qualifiers and online registration to most SPO events. Players can win their way to Borgata for as little as $2. Borgata Poker will offer seven different opportunities on-site to qualify for the Championship over the 16-day series with $1,000,000 in guarantees spread out over the remaining main events.

Borgata Spring Poker Open begins with the Almighty Million Kick-Off Event, which features an $500 buy-in and a $1,000,000 guarantee and concludes with a live stream of the final table. The Open’s second week features a Mirror Mystery Bounty with a $900 buy-in and a $500,000 guarantee where the Mystery Bounties will mirror the prize pool and a live stream of the final table. BetMGM Poker offers both the King of Poker Progressive Bounty Shoot Out – an action-packed knockout event with added prizes from the King of Poker – and a $150,000 Online Hybrid Championship where players will start online and finish live at Borgata.

The Borgata Spring Poker Open Championship – a $2,700 buy-in and a $2,000,000 guarantee and the highly anticipated live stream of the final table. The Borgata Spring Poker Open main event schedule also includes a Ladies’ Championship and a Senior’s Championship. The Saturday Series returns for the first weekend of the Open with a $100,000 guarantee. Borgata is bringing back their Deep, Deeper, Deepest series for three special main events with $120,000 in guarantees. Borgata will also live stream another 2-5 No Limit Event, allowing players the opportunity to win their chance to play on the Live Stream via Lucky Seat by playing $2-$5 NLH at Borgata on Wednesday, 1 May and Thursday, 2 May between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.
