Betfair takes home CAP award

LONDON, England -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Betfair, the UK's biggest online betting company, has won the 'Best Sportsbook Affiliate Program of the Year' category at the prestigious CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com (CAP) Awards. The ceremony, held at London's The Brewery on Thursday 29th January, marks the annual celebration of the iGaming affiliate marketing industry.

The winners are based on votes from actual affiliates themselves, together with a panel of industry experts from around the world. Judges consider a range of criteria including the level of service provided by the affiliate team, innovation and examples of superior achievement.

Betfair's Head of Acquisition Marketing Paul Lewis said: "It's a fantastic achievement for our affiliate team to land such an accolade. This award is particularly pleasing because it is voted for by affiliates themselves as well as industry experts. We'll continue to improve and extend our affiliate network, such an integral and important element of the Betfair marketing mix."

Betfair were also shortlisted for five other awards on the night: Best Poker Affiliate Program of the Year; Best Casino Affiliate Program of the Year; Best Overall Affiliate Program of the Year; Best Sports Affiliate Manager of the Year (Phil Hudson); Best Overall Affiliate Manager of the Year (Phil Hudson).
