Betdigital secures U.K. Remote Gambling Software License

OXFORD, U.K. -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Content and systems developer Betdigital Limited has been awarded its Remote Gambling Software Operating License by the U.K. Gambling Commission.

Betdigital joins a select few suppliers that have the necessary licensing to meet the terms of the new Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act ahead of October’s introduction.

The Act demands that operators who provide remote gambling services to British consumers acquire a U.K. license. These operators in turn will require their suppliers to be licensed in the U.K. from January 2015.

Betdigital comfortably met all the criteria and remains in the perfect position to deliver its top-performing content.

Earlier in the year Betdigital was approved for a Core Service Provider Associates Certificate by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
