Belleville wants update on delayed casino

BELLEVILLE, Ontario -- Belleville City Council wants an update from the OLG (Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission on the delayed casino and racetrack project, the Kingston Whig Standard reported.

The $22 million project has faced lengthy delays, the report said.

Nothing has happened on the land since the groundbreaking that took place in 2008, according to the Kingston Whig Standard report.
