Back to the WTO for Antigua?
27 Apr 2011
WASHINGTON, DC -- Antigua may return to the World Trade Organisation to challenge the US closing down poker sites last week, according to The Jamaica Observer.
Antigua has previously challenged the US to comply with WTO rulings on offshore gambling, the report explained.
Antigua licenses Absolute Poker -- one of the targets of last week's raid -- and may take a "discriminatory trade practices" case against the US, The Jamaica Observer said.
