B4Playing focuses on Europe, Pacific Rim
"Since our official inception, post the new U.S. law, we took a decision not to take U.S. players and our system has the required technology to effectively identify U.S.players and block them from using our software tool," said Mr. Itay Paz, the company co-founder and VP Marketing. "We are not a gambling operator and our focus is entirely geared into online marketing. However, we feel that the uncertainties and the confusion regarding the scoop of the U.S. law is such that we do not want to be part of it."

"The decision not to take U.S. players had a clear impact on our product definition and its implementation," said Mr. Udi Netzer, the company Active Chairman. "Our soon to be announced support for 7 different languages is clear evidence about our focus. The non US market is still less competitive and it will help us in achieving our aggressive revenue and profits targets."
B4Playing is expected to announce support of French, Italian, German, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish along with its official release schedule for September 3rd.
B4Playing has indicated in its user agreement that US users are not allowed to use the tool. To enforce this decision, B4Playing has developed a technological solution that will prevent users in the US territory to activate the tool and use it.
