Australia: Tabcorp triples investment plans

QUEENSLAND, Australia -- Tabcorp Holdings is to triple its investment in Queensland casinos, according to a Reuters report.

Tabcorp now plans total investment of $625 million because the state government increased the number of gaming machine licenses, the report explained.

Tabcorp now plans to build two hotels and an upgrade in their Townsville property, Reuters reported.
