Are the balls chosen on a Slotto machine random?

10 Aug 2009

By John Robison

Love your columns.

My question is: When I'm playing Slotto and I get the bonus, are the popcorn balls (numbers) programmed to have a certain one drop or is it random?

Thanks,
Colleen

Dear Colleen,

Thanks for the kind words about my columns.

The ball or balls that drop are chosen randomly by the ball tumbler in the machine. They are not predetermined.

Best of luck in and out of the casinos,
John
