APCW Perspectives: UK regulatory compliance and enforcement

The interim Chief Executive for the U.K. Gambling Commission is talking tough, saying that licensees had better mind their regulatory compliance or be ready for the Commission to do some enforcing. He added that the threat of over-regulation pushing players toward black market sites was “overstated” and “nowhere near” big enough to deter his office.
